Tracking questions
My tracking shows no updates yet
New tracking numbers can take 2–5 days to show their first scan while the carrier registers the parcel. This is normal — check back in a couple of days.
My tracking hasn't moved for a few days
Parcels often travel in bulk between countries and are only scanned again on arrival. A pause of several days during international transit is normal.
It says delivered but I don't have it
Check your mailbox, front desk, neighbors and any safe spots around your door. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email us with your order number and we'll sort it out.
Will it arrive before Christmas?
Orders placed by December 8 are shipped in time for Christmas delivery. Your tracking page always shows the latest estimate.
